Artificial Intelligence -Ready Program Service

The National Science Foundation is seeking a vendor to provide an Artificial Intelligence-Ready Program Service to establish the AI-Ready America program. This initiative aims to strengthen coordination around artificial intelligence readiness at local, state, and national levels by collaborating with community colleges, career and technical programs, trade schools, and traditional universities. The agency intends to leverage existing networks, partnerships, consortia, and resources to accelerate AI adoption while identifying and addressing critical gaps in readiness. The project addresses the need to enable all Americans to become AI-literate and AI-ready. The selected vendor must empower businesses, particularly small and emerging enterprises, to adopt AI to increase their competitiveness, productivity, and growth. Additionally, the program must support local governments and organizations in harnessing AI to improve public services and spur local innovation. The scope of work focuses on strengthening workforce capacity to apply and innovate with AI across education, business, economic sectors, and public services. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost.
