AI Workforce Development Programmed Design and Delivery Service

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to design and deliver an Artificial Intelligence (AI) workforce development program. This initiative aims to transition participants from ad-hoc AI usage to embedded, daily practices featuring documented, role-specific AI workflows that staff own and develop independently. The agency intends to solve the challenge of digital transformation by equipping non-technical staff with the skills to independently design and deploy AI-powered workflows that automate or augment recurring tasks. The scope of work requires the vendor to help participants develop effective prompt engineering skills applicable to their specific roles and work contexts. Additionally, the program must ensure all participants complete Anthropic Academy certification to achieve a recognized and transferable credential in applied AI. The vendor must also train a cohort of internal champions who are equipped to onboard colleagues and sustain AI adoption beyond the lifecycle of the program. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in Ireland. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
