RFI for AI Analytics and Video Management Solution

The school district is seeking an integrated, AI-driven school safety and video surveillance solution utilizing Avigilon Unity Video and associated analytics technologies. The agency wants to improve campus security, incident response, investigative capabilities, and emergency notification workflows across district facilities. To solve these challenges, the district requires a comprehensive, in-house software solution that its trained staff can manage and operate. The requested scope of work covers a unified platform or multiple third-party applications that provide proactive threat detection, real-time situational awareness, and rapid incident investigation. Specific technical capabilities must include weapons detection, facial recognition, AI search, behavioral analytics, fight detection, and restricted area monitoring with campus geofencing. The system must also support integrated emergency response workflows, such as SMS, email, and mobile alerts, alongside integration with access control and other campus safety systems. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite.
