RFI for Cloud-Based Paid Family Medical Leave System

The Commonwealth is seeking information regarding configurable, commercial-off-the-shelf or software-as-a-service paid family and medical leave systems. The agency requires a cloud-based solution to support employer registration, contribution calculation, claims adjudication, benefit payment, and appeals processing. The system must also integrate with existing Commonwealth systems for identity, wage data, and payments. The requested scope covers medical provider integration, customer service and contact center support, fraud detection, and data analytics. The agency is interested in understanding the artificial intelligence components included in the solution and the specific cloud provider utilized, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. The solution may be software-as-a-service, commercial-off-the-shelf, configurable, or custom-built. Eligible respondents must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals and cost estimates to understand the financial scope of the system.
