The agency is seeking a vendor to provide Salesforce LLC solutions, supplies, and cloud-based products and services. The agency needs to transition its existing on-premises environments to the Salesforce Cloud. To facilitate this transition, the agency requires professional services credits, migration incentives, or comparable value-added support. The requested scope covers cloud software, platform capabilities, implementation services, support, and training for Salesforce LLC Solutions. These solutions include customer relationship management, case management, analytics, embedded reporting, integration, artificial intelligence-enabled workflow support, and accessibility-compliant digital experiences. The specific software requirements encompass on-premises software, cloud-based software as a service, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, setup, implementation, configuration, support, maintenance, and training. The procurement includes specific sales and service cloud offerings, marketing cloud products, MuleSoft products, Slack products, and Tableau cloud products. The sales and service cloud requirements specify Service Cloud Enterprise Edition and Sales and Service Cloud Enterprise Edition. The marketing cloud products consist of Marketing Cloud Engagement Corporate Edition and Super Messages excluding SMS/MMS in quantities of one thousand. The MuleSoft products include the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Base Subscription Platinum Edition and the MuleSoft API Manager and Analytics Platinum Edition.
