The selected provider must be capable of delivering services across one or more platform areas, including Adobe Experience Manager Forms as a Cloud Service, Adobe Acrobat Sign, On Phase, Atlassian Cloud products, and other forms and workflow solutions. The scope of work covers design, configuration, and deployment of platform solutions, alongside forms development, workflow configuration, and system setup. The agency requires configuration improvements such as data handling rules, validation rules, metadata management, and lifecycle management. The provider must also handle migration of legacy forms or services to modern platforms, develop new features, and set up integrations using APIs, connectors for SharePoint or databases, and single sign-on technologies like OpenID Connect and SAML. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid for this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place entirely offsite.
