The scope of work covers the provision and management of software licenses for Adobe Experience Manager Forms as a Cloud Service, Adobe Acrobat Sign, On Phase, and Atlassian Guard, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. The selected partner will manage license renewals, entitlement tracking, optimization, and compliance monitoring. The project requires configuration improvements such as data handling rules, validation rules, metadata, and lifecycle management. The agency also requires integration setup utilizing application programming interfaces, connectors for SharePoint and databases, and MyYukon integration using OpenID Connect and Security Assertion Markup Language. The scope extends to migrating legacy forms or services to modern platforms, advanced configuration, workflow automation, and single sign-on authentication. The agency requires ongoing operational support, including incident management, root cause analysis, system monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and operational continuity. The partner must also deliver platform training, documentation, design guidance, knowledge transfer, operational runbooks, roadmap support, and recommendations aligned with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
