The government authority in Dallas, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive bootcamp education offerings services. The agency needs to address the demand for specialized technical training by offering bootcamps in cybersecurity, web development, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and data analytics. The selected partner will design, develop, execute, and update all aspects of the curriculum and programming for these courses, which must be delivered in an online-only format. The scope of work requires the vendor to develop, refine, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to drive student recruitment. The vendor will manage enrollment and admissions, which includes providing admissions support, managing application processes, and hiring and training the instructional and operations teams. Additionally, the vendor must collect tuition, application, and enrollment fees, disburse the agreed revenue share to the agency, and provide real-time dashboards to track student enrollment, engagement, and progress. The agency and the vendor will jointly issue certificates of completion to successful students. The vendor must participate in regular progress discussions with agency personnel to establish goals and determine future work. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located in the United States, and the performance of the work will be onsite in Dallas, Texas. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. The resulting contract will span a period of five years.
