Intelligent Strategies, Counter Options and Resilient Defences Solution

The United States Department of Defense, through the Intelligent Strategies, Counter Options, and Resilient Defences program, is seeking an artificial intelligence-native solution for the rapid generation of tactical options. The agency needs to solve the problem of providing commanders with a portfolio of diverse, dynamic strategies that can pivot in response to evolving conditions. The scope of work covers the abstraction of physics-based reduced-order modelling, artificial intelligence-driven simulation with edge compute, and advances in online model-predictive control and online dynamics learning. The project also requires recurrence quantification analysis, simulation with live sensor data, and the integration of game theory and the theory of behavior. Only United States organizations are eligible to participate in this opportunity. The agency requires the selected partner to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
