Data Exchange Framework and Social Health Information Exchange Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to deliver a secure, scalable, and standards-based Data Exchange Framework and social health information exchange solution. This project addresses the need for compliance with Data Exchange Framework mandates, which require query-based exchange, electronic referrals and orders, and admission, discharge, and transfer notifications. The selected vendor will provide software, configuration, integration, testing, training, support, and ongoing maintenance services to support these agency capabilities and protect sensitive data. The scope of work covers the exchange of clinical, demographic, and social determinants of health data elements. The system must support real-time access to patient information, care coordination across providers, and automatic notifications of patient care events. Additionally, the vendor must provide configuration flexibility to adapt to evolving regulations, support multiple trading partners, and deliver dashboards and reports for monitoring compliance, exchange volume, and system performance. Eligible vendors must perform all work offsite and within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals and will accept digital submissions via email or online.
