The Riverside Transit Agency in Riverside, California is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive oil analysis services. The agency needs to analyze and test fluid samples, including new and used engine oil, new and used transmission fluid, air compressor oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, and other necessary fluids. To resolve potential contamination issues, the contractor must provide instructions on collecting uncompromised samples and supply suitable, leak-proof and spill-proof sample containers with prepaid shipping. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide internet-based access to a fleet trend analysis software system. This software must support a stable, multi-user environment allowing concurrent access for multiple users via the latest version of Microsoft Edge or other current Microsoft browsers. The system must feature user-friendly navigation, online help, direct database querying capabilities, easy access for ad-hoc reports, and a complete set of predefined reports accessible from the standard browser interface. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contractor will perform all testing and analysis services offsite.
