DriveWyze Software Maintenance Services

The agency is seeking support and maintenance services for the continued operation of the Smart Roadside Inspection System Program roadside equipment and software. This project supports the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement program by ensuring the ongoing functionality of the DriveWyze software and associated hardware. The selected vendor must provide a comprehensive plan covering scheduled maintenance services, unplanned repairs, software services, and specifications for an extended warranty. The scope of work requires remote system monitoring twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to oversee system operations and the status of system components. All performance of the work must occur offsite. The agency requires a contract period of five years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept response submissions digitally via email or online.
