The agency is seeking a vendor to provide logistics and finance business systems to support both non-transactional and transactional functions. The non-transactional scope covers analytics, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support tools that consume data without creating, modifying, or posting records of record. The transactional scope requires integration with five current Enterprise Resource Planning systems and one non-ERP system listed in the procurement documentation. The requested transactional functions include non-financial transactions such as workflow approvals, master data updates, and logistics status changes. The agency also requires financial transaction capabilities for any action that creates, modifies, or posts to a general ledger, sub-ledger, or other financial record of record. All performance of the work must occur offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
