Web-Based Student Data Warehouse Software

The agency is seeking a comprehensive, web-based student data warehouse software package to serve students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. The system must support the district's vision of a fully accessible, web-integrated solution that tracks student growth in reading, math, and science. The selected vendor will manage the implementation and operation of this web-based assessment tool to measure and track student progress over time. The software must automatically assess students in real-time, either periodically upon logging in or as prescribed by teachers and administrators. It must function as a universal screener within a response to intervention framework, providing engaging, computer-adaptive diagnostic and screening programs. The system must inform instruction, measure growth, and provide Lexile and quantile measures to guide educational strategies. The platform must facilitate data-informed decision-making through web-based reporting that offers immediate access to student results and formative insights. Reports must provide student performance data from the most recently completed assessment to guide instructional decisions and intervention strategies. The agency requires the contract period to run for one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work will take place entirely offsite.
