Cloud-Based Educational Electronic Health Record Platform

The agency is seeking a cloud-based educational electronic health record platform designed specifically for educational and simulation-based learning environments. The proposed solution must support multi-disciplinary health programs by providing students with a realistic, configurable, and secure electronic health record system used for instruction, skills development, and scenario-based clinical practice. The project covers identity, security, and access control, case creation and clinical simulation, clinical documentation and learning activities, scheduling and workflow simulation, reporting and analytics, document and data management, system integration and interoperability, training and support, and implementation and deployment. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the project, and the resulting contract period will last for five years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
