Water Level Dashboard Solution

The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide a water level dashboard solution utilizing global navigation satellite systems interferometric reflectometry data. The agency needs near real-time water level measurements for specific sites that have established global navigation satellite systems stations situated in view of the water. The selected contractor must create a dashboard for each site that provides access to both near-real time and historical water level measurements. The agency requires the dashboard to include water level measurements from the nearest or most appropriate traditional water level recording station to allow for direct comparison. The project scope includes reviewing the dashboard and providing feedback to ensure contract objectives are met and park management needs are informed. The contractor must also revise and update the dashboard, as feasible, based on the agency's review. This procurement is set aside entirely for small businesses. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects all performance of the work to occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget or key dates.
