Cloud Based Legal Case Management System

The City Attorney's Office is seeking a modern, secure, cloud-based legal case management system to support its transition to a fully digital, paperless office. The agency needs a Software as a Service solution to streamline legal operations, secure access to case information from any authorized location or device, and support the full range of its legal work. This project aims to solve the challenges of managing physical files by implementing digital case files, integrated document and email management, configurable workflows, advanced search, and rule-based calendaring. The scope of work covers system implementation, configuration, data migration from legacy systems, training, ongoing maintenance, hosting, and licensing. The requested system must allow users to create and manage cases from intake through final disposition, store and search digital documents, and generate templates, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence. It must also feature Outlook synchronization for calendaring and email filing, role-based access controls, browser and mobile access, conflict checking, time tracking for federal reporting, offline case packet generation, document redaction, and e-signature integration. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project.
