M365 Email Signature Standardization Solution

The agency is seeking a Microsoft 365 email signature standardization solution to maintain consistent signature rendering across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. The desired solution must integrate with Microsoft Entra ID to synchronize employee profile data and automatically apply signatures to messages sent from Outlook. The agency requires a system that allows communications staff to manage, customize, and upload HTML signature designs, while also supporting centralized promotional banners. End users must have access to a controlled self-service interface to edit designated prepopulated fields and select preloaded, standardized location address options. The solution must allow these end users to update and activate revised signature content when permitted profile information changes. The agency is contracting for a one-year period, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
