Public Works Asset and Maintenance Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a modern, integrated, web-based public works asset and maintenance management system to support its road maintenance and fleet services operations. The system must be accessible across multiple locations and support multiple divisions, user roles, and permission levels. The agency requires real-time or near real-time data availability across all system modules. The scope of work covers asset management for fleet vehicles, including heavy-duty equipment and light-duty vehicles, as well as roadway and roadway-related infrastructure. The system must include a pavement management module, signage and striping asset tracking, and work management capabilities for planning, scheduling, and resource management. Additionally, the agency requires modules for fleet management, road and infrastructure management, inventory, parts, and materials management, and fuel management.
