Downtown Parking Data Services

The City of Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide downtown parking data services. The agency needs a solution that delivers next-day visual insights for approximately 1,200 parking spaces, which include nearly 150 block faces and five off-street parking lots supporting public parking in Downtown Beaverton. The requested data insights must cover daily and weekly parkers, as well as permit and citation data. The vendor must retrieve parking data via an Application Programming Interface (API) with Motorola Solutions, which is the city's Mobile License Plate Recognition System. The agency will not provide manual data transfers for this project. The scope of work also requires bidders to include pricing for an API integration with Passport Inc., which serves as the city's Parking Citation Management System. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their own pricing proposals, as the agency is looking for cost proposals to determine the budget.
