The government authority located in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a research-grade, mid-mount camera system. The agency requires a 15-megapixel, cooled camera system that includes an agency interface, camera, lens, and software with a desktop license. The scope of work also covers the installation of the system and training for agency personnel. The agency needs the camera to be axially mounted below the internal viewing screen. All provided software and hardware must be fully compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. The requested software must handle image acquisition and processing, including image recording software with auto-numbering and file generation for efficient acquisition of case studies. The system must allow image files with user-generated graphics, such as captions, text, and measurements, to be saved directly in standard JPEG or TIFF formats without requiring image format conversion.
