EMS Data Reporting System

The agency is seeking an Internet-based, Software-as-a-Service Emergency Medical Services information system to collect data on each electronic Patient Care Record made within the state. This system must utilize the latest National EMS Information System standard and accept data through both a web-based data entry tool and a file import process. The agency needs to solve the problem of evaluating EMS patient care, assessing system performance, and monitoring EMS Core Performance Measures. The scope of work requires a data analytics and situational awareness platform capable of ingesting, processing, and visualizing statewide EMS data alongside other relevant public health or emergency response datasets. Bidders must perform all work offsite, and eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of seven years. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
