Cloud-Based Financial Software and Implementation Services

The issuing agency is seeking a cloud-based financial software and implementation services to manage and integrate its core business processes. The agency needs an Enterprise Resource Planning system that integrates finance, human resources, procurement, and project grant accounting. This system must offer functionality, flexibility, configurability, and an open system architecture that supports integration with other existing systems.
