Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management Implementation Partner Solution

The City of Leduc is seeking a qualified partner to implement, configure, and support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management system. This system will manage the municipality's grants, business contacts for economic development, and customer relationship management programs. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing personal information securely within a Canadian municipal context while integrating multiple disconnected systems. The scope of work requires the partner to establish a Microsoft Dataverse environment strategy covering development, test, training, and production environments. This includes setting up Application Lifecycle Management practices using solutions, source control, and managed deployment pipelines. The partner must also define and configure a role-based security model that incorporates business units, teams, security roles, administrator roles, field-level security profiles, and row-level access patterns. The project covers designing an integration architecture and reusable integration patterns to connect Dynamics 365 to Workday, CityView, Microsoft 365, and the leduc.ca web properties. The partner must implement base business process workflow capabilities to support configurable, repeatable processes across grants management, economic development, and future service areas. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only.
