Special Education Online Management Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a Special Education Online Management Software Program to manage, maintain, and create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for approximately one thousand two hundred students. The software must allow the agency to develop IEPs in compliance with federal and New Jersey state guidelines, generate required documents like meeting invitations and mandated letters, and align with state reporting guidelines. Access to the software must be through an online portal that supports electronic document storage, progress reporting, electronic signatures from all participants, and built-in safeguards to monitor compliance. The requested system must feature notification dates for upcoming mandated deadlines, the ability to develop reports based on district data, and the capability to create and store evaluation planning documents. The agency requires the software to integrate with its student information system and allow the addition and removal of users without any additional costs. The vendor must provide ongoing online customer support at no extra cost, along with two in-person professional development sessions on the software and other district-determined topics for agency staff. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the contract work will take place offsite over a contract period of one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 4, 2026.
