Document Signing Software

The agency is seeking a Software-as-a-Service platform to allow users to electronically sign, send, and manage documents. This software must provide an efficient way for supervisors to sign motions, third-party agreements, and other documents. The platform needs to handle an estimated volume of 4,000 to 6,000 documents requiring signatures per year, which is also the required capacity for the duration of the contract. The scope of work covers the signing of various document types, including waivers of service, releases of information, affidavits of direct payments, paternity affidavits, financial affidavits, motions, and stipulated agreements. The platform must provide an effective and efficient way of obtaining and tracking the receipt of signatures, including the specific date and time. The software must be compatible with Adobe and Microsoft documents, and the selected vendor must provide software implementation, training, and ongoing software maintenance. The onboarding training may be virtual and may be offered either once or on two separate days. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located in the United States of America only. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is looking for budget proposals within the submissions.
