For patron management, the agency requires easy navigation between accounts and windows, robust record notes and blocks, and transaction history with opt-in or opt-out privacy options. The requested system must integrate with website platforms such as WordPress or WIX. Reporting requirements include dashboards with drill-down capabilities, complex multi-parameter reports, and the ability to create and share custom reports without IT intervention. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
