Event Ticketing System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to furnish, operate, and maintain a cloud-based Event Ticketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Point-Of-Sale (POS) system. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing event sales, customer tracking, and marketing through a unified, secure platform. The system must support single, multi-day, and season ticket sales with multiple price levels, unlimited price points, and a dedicated registration module. The scope of work covers providing an access control system compatible with in-house wireless networks and scanning devices, alongside automated settlement of funds to designated accounts. The agency requires direct email marketing services to distribute special offers and post-event surveys to the provider's ticket purchaser database. Additionally, the vendor must supply an email marketing platform with templates, surveys, and statistical reporting, as well as secure POS hardware including at least five standard credit card terminals, four Boca ticket printers, ticket stock, and receipt stock. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online.
