RFI for Contract Management and Solicitation Template Software

The agency is seeking information regarding contract management and solicitation template software to manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, evaluation, approval, execution, monitoring, renewals, and closeout. The requested system must offer progression tracking visible to purchasing staff and project managers, support digital signatures for internal and external users, and provide robust storage capabilities. The agency requires details on how the software handles template creation, terms and conditions, logos, archival storage, search and retrieval, data encryption in transit and at rest, document history, audit tracking, and Certificate of Insurance tracking linked to corresponding contracts. Eligible respondents must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of all work under this contract will take place offsite. Respondents must submit their information digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is requesting information on typical implementation timelines, services included in implementation, and the vendor pricing model, including fees and storage costs. All questions regarding this request for information must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and feasibility of the project.
