IP Paging and Mass Notification System with Structured Cabling Services

The government authority located in Three Oaks, Michigan is seeking a fully IP-based paging and mass notification system with associated Category 6 structured cabling. The agency needs to replace or establish a modern, reliable, and scalable communication infrastructure to support daily operations and emergency situations. This system must handle daily announcements, bell scheduling, intercom functionality, and emergency communications across all instructional, administrative, and common areas. The scope of work requires the selected provider to design, furnish, install, configure, and support the entire IP-based system. Specific technical capabilities must include support for two-way audio and intercom, zoned paging, broadcast control, and automated bell scheduling.
