Data Migration Tool Software

The agency is seeking a single tech stack data migration tool software and data management platform to manage all unstructured data both on-premises and in the cloud. The required solution must feature an easy-to-deploy, scale-out architecture designed for enterprise customers, offering fully automated end-to-end migrations with cutover, iterations, and reporting. The agency needs the software to preserve transparent file access from the source while providing the capability to move old data from on-premises to deep archive tiers of immutable storage in the cloud. The selected platform must identify, tag, and confine sensitive information, such as personally identifiable information, to exclude it from artificial intelligence and classify data so it is readily searchable for artificial intelligence. Additionally, the software must support governance reviews, legal holds, compliance audits, and reporting on data access activity, changes, and user behavior. The requested procurement includes installation cloud tiering, migration, data analysis, and archiving software, with a software license covering 250 terabytes and a one-year software-as-a-service subscription. Bidders must provide premium support with a twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week response time. Only United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite.
