Electronic Local Government Information and Taxation Evaluation System

The Department of Treasury is seeking a vendor to provide an Electronic Local Government Information and Taxation Evaluation System built on the Salesforce platform. The agency needs to streamline compliance workflows, support standardized financial data reporting, and enhance oversight through configurable validation rules. This centralized system will automate processes related to compliance, including data collection, calculations, auditing, and reporting, while allowing users to print or download previous filings. The project covers improving the accuracy and consistency of data, enhancing transparency and accessibility of information for stakeholders, and streamlining workflows for local government staff. The system must also enable organizations to assess their infrastructure asset management maturity plans and facilitate reporting directly to the state department of treasury. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal-based budget structures.
