The agency is seeking a web-based multifamily management system to streamline application progression, record-keeping, and document management. The project addresses the need for a workflow module that manages and monitors applications from submission through completion. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite at the vendor's office location.
