Cloud Based Digital Streaming Entertainment Platform

The university is seeking a fully hosted, cloud-based digital streaming entertainment platform designed for use in college residence halls. This platform must offer licensed, on-demand digital content to enhance the residential experience and support community-building programming. The agency requires a curated library of digital media, including feature films, educational content, documentaries, and other programming suitable for residence life events, passive engagement, and individual student viewing. The scope of work covers all platform access, licensing, hosting, and related services necessary to deliver a reliable, user-friendly streaming experience. The platform must support authenticated access restricted to eligible university users and be compatible with iOS and Android smartphones as well as any major web browser. Additionally, the agency requires access to an administrative dashboard or reporting tools to monitor usage, engagement, and platform performance, including viewing trends, content popularity, and user access metrics. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all work under this contract will be conducted offsite. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
