Web-Based Housing Authority Software

The agency is seeking a web-based housing authority software system to integrate all property management and financial functions into a single platform. The database must support transaction logging to enable quick and easy restoration of a full database backup. The agency requires flexibility throughout the system to route inquiry requests directly to screens, printers, faxes, or email files. Additionally, the software must support data import and export capabilities with commercially available packages such as Microsoft Excel and Word. The system must include the capability to attach electronic files, such as digital images and electronic documents, directly to specific entities like applicants, landlords, and units without using a separate application. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit responses digitally via email or online. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
