RFI Project and Operational Management Platform

The issuing agency is seeking a project and operational management platform to support project tracking, portfolio governance, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. The agency requires a system that allows users to click into a project from a portfolio-level dashboard to obtain further details. The platform must offer multiple ways to view project data, including Gantt charts, Card Views, Calendar Views, and Dynamic Views. The requested platform must allow users to create multiple views from a single datasheet so different audiences can view relevant rows, columns, and filters without altering the original dataset. Updates to the dataset must automatically update the corresponding dynamic views. The agency also requires an integrated artificial intelligence tool that helps users create their own formulas. The scope of work includes capabilities for effort, duration, and time estimates to manage work and create project proposals. The platform must also feature time-tracking capabilities and allow the agency to manage billing and invoicing within the same system used for managing projects. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit proposals that include budget details, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
