Curriculum Management Program Software

The Winslow Township School District is seeking a vendor to provide a curriculum management program software for the 2026-2027 school year. The district needs a solution that supports curriculum design, planning, curriculum mapping, hosting, tracking, scope and sequence development, vertical articulation, and the implementation of New Jersey Learning Standards. The selected vendor must migrate the district's entire current curriculum, which consists of approximately 330 courses, into the new system. The requested software must feature an artificial intelligence curriculum component for kindergarten through twelfth-grade courses to help students build knowledge, ethical understanding, and confidence through human-centered, inquiry-based learning. The platform must allow users to embed resources such as videos, images, files, live documents, and webpages within the curriculum and in an internal resources library. Additionally, the system must provide a method for lesson creation with standards-alignments, templates, and linked resources, as well as the ability to share exemplar lessons. The software must enable users to export lessons or link directly with Google Classroom to share resources with students. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The vendor will perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The district is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost specifications. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 4, 2026.
