The agency needs a vendor to create a data aggregation platform with reporting dashboard capabilities, secure data-sharing APIs, AI-powered eligibility engines, and mobile-first platforms. This system will function as an a la carte digital concierge tool, allowing users to self-select interests and needs through a guided pathway to generate a personalized benefit or resource cart. The requested platform must automate referrals and application submissions to relevant governmental and non-governmental agencies. The agency also requires the system to include real-time support from accredited Veteran Service Officers and AI-enhanced assistants. To be eligible for this opportunity, bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
