Salary Survey Data Collection and Analysis Services

The City of Independence, Ohio, is seeking a vendor to provide salary survey data collection and analysis services. The agency needs to identify approximately 50 national and regional surveys covering salary, benefits, productivity, and staff ratios to participate in and receive data. The selected provider will handle survey data collection, distribution, data analysis, report generation, and the application of geographic differentials. The agency also requires a cloud-based enterprise compensation solution to develop compensation strategy tools. This solution must leverage data with Artificial Intelligence to standardize pay setting and annual compensation reviews. The contract period for these services will be for one year. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
