PI Administration Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive PI administration solution to manage its PI system and related technology environments. This opportunity addresses the need for ongoing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) services, including software and hardware application upgrades and refreshes. The selected partner must also deliver account management services to handle the hiring, oversight, control, scheduling, cross-training, security checks, and vacation or training backfill for all assigned personnel. The scope of work covers managed services for PI systems administration applied directly to the agency's environments. Additionally, the agency requires emergency services consisting of twenty-four-seven on-call support for the PI system and any related components identified as critical. Project services are also required for PI system administration tasks that arise from agency projects or activities outside the scope of standard engagement management, managed services, report creation, and emergency services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in Canada. The agency expects the performance of all work to take place offsite. The contract period will span five years, and the agency is looking for bidders to propose a budget within their submissions.
