Cloud-Based Syllabus Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an intuitive and flexible cloud-based Software as a Service platform for syllabus authoring, review, and public viewing. This system must centralize syllabus creation and storage while standardizing templates and required content. The agency needs to improve compliance with state requirements, accreditation standards, accessibility guidelines, and institutional policies. The scope of work requires the software to integrate seamlessly with the student information system, curriculum and catalog management systems, learning management systems, and historical syllabi. The platform must display real-time, updated syllabus content within each class section of both the student information system and the learning management system. Additionally, the system must provide robust analytics and reporting tools for administrative oversight. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract will span a period of three years.
