RFI for E-Signature Platform

The agency is exploring the adoption of an e-signature platform to enhance operational efficiency, reduce paper usage, and improve service delivery to the public. This initiative aims to modernize administrative processes and improve access to services. The agency needs to understand available e-signature technologies and capabilities through this request for information. The scope of work requires providing a summary of the core features of the e-signature platform, including screenshots or demonstration videos, sample templates, and sample audit trail reports. The agency also requests a high-level overview of costs based on approximately 720 annual agreements and 25 users or licenses. This cost overview must detail the licensing model, such as per user, per envelope, or enterprise, as well as any implementation or setup fees. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to participate in this market research opportunity. The performance of the work will occur entirely offsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 15, 2026, and the final responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
