Electronic Health Record (EHR) Project Initiatives and Enterprise Systems

The City of Seattle is seeking specialized project-based technical resources and time-limited backfill to support upscaling for critical IT initiatives and maintain continuity of operations. The agency needs to support electronic health record project initiatives and enterprise systems, including system configuration, optimization, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution. To achieve this, the agency requires Epic-certified resources for electronic health record tasks and UKG-certified resources for Human Resources Information System project work. The scope of work covers application and business analysis support across enterprise systems to maintain and enhance system functionality and workflows. The selected provider must design, develop, and maintain system integrations and interfaces to ensure secure and reliable data exchange across clinical and business systems. Additionally, the agency requires the development and support of reporting and data analytics solutions to meet operational, clinical, and regulatory requirements. The project also demands project and program management services to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT initiatives within defined timelines and scope. The agency requires technical and field support services for system implementation, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Finally, the provider must deliver temporary backfill of critical IT roles, including technical leads and management-level positions, alongside specialized technical consulting and advisory services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will hold a pre-proposal conference on June 10, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 18, 2026. The contract period for this initiative will be for four years.
