Cloud-Based Transportation Management System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Transportation Management System along with comprehensive maintenance and support services. The agency requires troubleshooting, software problem resolution, repair, minor application enhancements, reporting services, and programming support. The project covers multi-platform support, specifically including a .Net Framework Webforms application. The selected vendor must deliver on-call technical support via telephone and electronic channels twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. The agency requires all problem diagnosis, resolution, and repair entries to be managed and prioritized through a supported tracking system. The vendor must also provide their own office equipment, telephone access, computer and communications access, project-specific software, and desktop suite software. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services.
