Cybersecurity Managed Detection and Response Service

The City of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, requires an ongoing cybersecurity managed detection and response service to protect its data from a wide range of cyber threats, including malware, phishing, and other cyber-attacks. The agency is trying to solve the problem of unauthorized data access, disclosure, and loss while ensuring the continuity of operations and the safety of sensitive information. The requested solution must provide proactive monitoring and real-time threat mitigation built on an open Extended Detection and Response (XDR) centralized platform. The scope of work covers managed risk, managed security awareness, and managed detection and response services. The required platform must include access controls and encryption of sensitive data both in transit and at rest. The selected partner will perform all work offsite over a contract period of three years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations located in Canada.
