LED Electronic Message Center Signs Service

The agency is seeking a turnkey service for the fabrication, permitting, and installation of three full-color LED Electronic Message Center signs. The agency requires a cloud-based sign management software platform hosted via Amazon Web Services or an equivalent enterprise cloud hosting service. To ensure system security, the software platform must utilize two-factor authentication. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders can submit their proposals digitally via email or online. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for June 12, 2026.
