Web-Based Laboratory Information Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based laboratory information management system. This system must include a case management function and a secure portal for external clients to submit specimen case information, review diagnostic results, and access invoices. The agency requires the case management function to support creating and assigning multiple tasks to multiple users for a single case, configuring unique user permissions, and managing role assignments. The requested client portal must allow external users to create and access unique profiles, complete electronic submission forms, and view laboratory results and invoices. Additionally, the portal must support sending test reporting results to specific client emails if that option is selected. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for this project. The agency restricts eligibility for this opportunity to Canadian organizations only. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set the deadline for all questions to be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
