Ransomware Resilient Backup Solutions

The school district is seeking the provision, implementation, and support of a ransomware-resilient backup and recovery solution. This initiative aims to protect critical district data and ensure rapid, secure recovery in the event of a cyber incident or insider threat. The solution must ensure data integrity and immutability while supporting both hybrid and cloud environments in alignment with modern cybersecurity frameworks. The scope of work covers the delivery of the backup platform, which may consist of software, an appliance, or both. The selected provider must handle implementation, configuration, integration with existing systems, and ongoing support and updates. The project also requires testing and validation under ransomware scenarios, as well as training for the district IT staff. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected provider must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The district is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 5, 2026.
