Administrative Services Digital Asset Management Tool

The county is seeking a vendor to provide an administrative services digital asset management tool to modernize its administrative services and enhance its digital infrastructure. This project aims to ensure continuity and efficiency in county-wide communications and marketing efforts. The county requires a platform that provides an intuitive user interface, robust metadata and tagging, efficient storage, categorization, search functionality, and secure internal and external file sharing with public access options. The requested solution must integrate with existing tools such as Adobe Suite and Hootsuite. The scope of work includes continued support for county-wide marketing and branding initiatives, improved efficiency in managing and sharing high-resolution media files, enhanced security, version control, audit logging, and scalability for future growth. The county will award a contract period of four years for this project. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
