RFI for Cloud Based Budgeting System

The agency is seeking information on a cloud-based budgeting system to support its entire budget cycle from start to finish. The requested system must handle operating budget development, personnel and position budgeting, capital and capital improvement plan planning, scenario planning, forecasting, mid-year adjustments, and off-cycle requests. The agency is trying to solve the challenge of managing these diverse budgeting processes through a unified, cloud-hosted solution. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform all project tasks offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure for this system. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this request no later than June 12, 2026. The agency will evaluate submissions based on the vendor's ability to provide the comprehensive cloud-based budgeting features outlined in the request.
